Il nostro cliente è una realtà industriale internazionale operante nella progettazione e nella produzione nel settore del packaging. Per la sede di Parma ricerchiamo:
**Posizione**:
**PLANT OPERATIONS**

Il **Finance & Controlling Manager**, riportando alla Direzione Finance di Gruppo e al Plant Manager, sarà il punto di riferimento per tutte le attività amministrative, contabili e di controllo di gestione dello stabilimento produttivo, collaborando a stretto contatto con il team locale e con la funzione Finance centrale. Tra le sue principali responsabilità
- Supervisione della contabilità generale e predisposizione del bilancio civilistico.
- Redazione del reporting finanziario mensile secondo i principi contabili di riferimento sia italiani che americani ( US GAAP).
- Gestione diretta del job costing e del product costing, con attenzione all’accuratezza dei costi industriali.
- Coordinamento del processo di pianificazione finanziaria: budget, forecast e analisi degli scostamenti.
- Supporto alla direzione dello stabilimento tramite analisi KPI e studi ad hoc.
- Partecipazione attiva al comitato di direzione dello stabilimento.
- Collaborazione con le funzioni Finance e Controllo di Gestione corporate.

**Requisiti**:
Si richiede:

- Laurea in Economia o discipline affini.
- Esperienza di 5-7 anni in ruolo analogo, preferibilmente in contesti manifatturieri strutturati.
- Conoscenza approfondita dei principi contabili italiani e obbligatoria conoscenza degli US GAAP.
- Solida esperienza in controllo di gestione industriale, costing, inventari e reporting.
- Ottima padronanza di Excel e dei principali ERP (SAP, Oracle, Infor, ecc.).
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
