- This position will support the Data office & Procurement team with administration for their respective categories, including picking list, shipping documents and invoice checking.**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To raise all POs for RM and FG from research to industrialisation to all supplier, 3rd parties and modellerias;
- To validate the purchase price of all RM, 3rd parties and FG before purchasing;
- To create the picking list necessary to ship materials and ensure on time delivery of RM to all modellerias (for proto/sample and industrialisation phase).
- To check FG, RM and 3rd parties suppliers’ invoices (for proto/sample and industrialisation phase);
- To support in ensuring that new partners are onboarded and set up on all required system in time for POs to be raised in a timely fashion;
- To follow up raw material orders (for proto/sample and industrialisation phase);
- To support timely shipment of all RM and FG protos and samples between BM and LTD for review meetings;
- To support organizing the collection of materials/products or 3rd parties (for proto/sample and industrialisation phase);
- To support organizing the HC for proto and samples;
- To raise the shipping documents;
- To manage cost recharge to London.

**PERSONAL PROFILE**
- Strong attention to details;
- Experience with large volumes of data entry, ensuring complete detail and accuracy;
- Speed in data entry;
- Good ability to operate at pace with flexibility, initiative and solution orientated;
- Good communication skills;
- Good organisational of skills;
- Computer skills: PLM, Excel, Stealth.
