EFI's têxtile ink business unit is looking for an Ink Product Business Development located at our Grassobbio (Bergamo, Italy) site.

Working to support our dedicated Textile Ink Business Development Team and under the direction of our Senior Director for Business Development you will follow the development, commercialization and launch in the market of new ink products. This will include liaising with our R&D and Application/Technical teams in Italy as well as production facilities in the UK and Turkey, with the Sales Team and customers to promote the products. On top of that, you will be involved in the business plan and management of strategic projects.

**Your Activities In This Role**
- Market analysis and customers’ needs evaluations
- Product roadmap update: collaboration with Ink R&D and Application teams
- New products commercialization
- Cost and margin analyses
- Launch of new products management, with marketing campaigns and specific proposals to key accounts.
- Create and discuss product presentation in PowerPoint for Sales Team, distributors and customers
- Support the Business Development team in defining and delivering long-term strategic project
- Be an ambassador for EFI and build customer relationships within EFI’s têxtile ink product portfolio.

**This job might be a good fit if you have**:

- Degree level or above in either Textile Engineering, Economics or Marketing or equivalent work experience is required
- Interest in new product development and promotion
- Proactive and innovative approach
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint and experience in creating presentations
- Good knowledge of Excel and experience in creating reports
- Good communicator and ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers
- Flexible with the ability to priorities and manage urgent requests when required
- Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator desirable
- Knowledge of SAP highly desirable but not essential
