Assistant Manager at a Travel Agency

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing information, processing requests, and selecting travel products based on customer preferences
- Handling necessary documentation for travel package arrangements
- Participating in the development of custom itineraries based on client requests
- Supporting the manager in selecting and booking luxury travel packages, hotels, cars, etc.
- Creating itineraries

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the travel industry and Italian culture
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in travel industry is a plus
- Languages: English (minimum B2) and Italian

Location: Remote work
