**Purpose of the job**

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: role definition, job postings, CV screening, interviews, assessments, and offer negotiation, ensuring that staffing demands are fulfilled as per plan.

**Responsabilities**:
Specifically, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be accountable for the following areas:
SOURCING
- Develop and implement strategic talent sourcing and selection plans aligned with company objectives
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool through sourcing on job boards, social media, networking, and campus recruiting
- Management of relations with recruitment agencies
- Support employer branding efforts, promoting the company as an attractive employer

SELECTION
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments to identify technical and behavioural competencies
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies, promoting diversity and inclusion
- Support managers in the selection process, providing coaching, training and support to hiring managers as required
- Manage job offers, negotiate terms, and guide initial onboarding

KPIs and TOOLS
- Provide periodical reports on recruitment projects status
- Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize processes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR administration or a similar role
- Advanced sourcing methodologies (LinkedIn Recruiter/Social Recruitment)
- Screening and assessment techniques (structured interviews, situational/behavioral interviews, role-based assessment techniques)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work towards objectives and under pressure
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must
