According to our philosophy "everything from one source", we constantly develop new and innovative strategies to ensure our market leadership. **Your challenge**: - Overall responsibility for delivery of goods for our projects worldwide within the prescribed time and cost limit - Obtaining the necessary information about the import regulations of the destination country and compilation of transport, packing and marking instructions for the project - Freight forwarder selection - Deadline monitoring, stipulated in the project time schedule and Purchase Orders - Selection of delivery locations (collective warehouse) and organizing the various deliveries to the collective warehouse - Dispatch of goods to the construction site including customs handling and acquiring the necessary import documents - Acquiring and creating documents that trigger payments, such as the packing list, freight documents, insurance certificates etc. - Invoicing in accordance with our customer contracts - General administrative work **Your profile**: - Commercial / Business degree (from a commercial college, university of applied sciences or university) - Several years of professional experience in a similar function (transport, international project business environment) - Knowledge of freight forwarding is beneficial - Excellent language skills in English other languages are beneficial - Excellent computer skills (MS-Office) - Precise and structured working style - Good organizational and negotiation skills - Stress resistant and assertive - Excellent team working and communication skills - Every day, we take responsibility for people in healthcare facilities.
