On behalf of our esteemed Customer, we are recruiting the following profile, to lead and manage their stores in Milan

**STORE DIRECTOR FLAGSHIP STORE / HIGH JEWELLERY / MILAN**

**_Duties and responsibilities: _**
- Responsible to guarantee operative functioning of the store and correct management of sales resources, merchandise in order to contribute of achieving company goals
- Lead and manage a high performing store team
- Through successful recruitment, on-boarding and training
- Business development
- Guarantee financial results of the store through strong local network
- Manage KPI and propose action plans
- Reports of sales and Planning
- Stock management and personnel costs
- Have a wide network of Milan are considered a great plus
- 5/6 years of experience in a Flagship with Managerial Role
- Experiences in Jewellery Field and/or in Luxury Field
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Experience in KPI, sales analyses and reports
- Excellent standing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure
