SOL Group è alla ricerca per la sua Divisione Biotech di un **Sales Biotech Specialist **che all'interno delle regioni Campania e Puglia si occupi di:

- Individuare nuove opportunità di business sulla base della conoscenza dei prodotti e dell'analisi del settore di riferimento, market trends e competitors;
- Gestire le relazioni con i clienti, supportandoli e intercettando i loro bisogni;
- Fare dimostrazioni tecniche nell'utilizzo di kit e prodotti offerti;
- Supportare il Sales Manager nella definizione e nell'implementazione delle strategie di vendita (canali di distribuzione, price policy, partnership & licensing agreement ecc..) e nella mappature del mercato di riferimento;
- Fornire al team R&D suggerimenti nell'ottica di garantire ai clienti i migliori servizi e prodotti.

**Requisiti della posizione**:

- Laurea in Biotecnologie o biologia;
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli di Sales o Product specialist;
- Ottime capacità comunicative e abilità nel tenere relazioni con diversi interlocutori, istituzionali e non;
- Dinamismo, energia, flessibilità e abilità nel lavorare sotto stress;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Disponibilità a muoversi nell'area di competenza e partecipare ad alcuni eventi all'estero.
