**Activities**:
1)Executing the plan of APA and BAPA launched by Pirelli Group in terms of either negotiation of new agreements and renewal and maintenance of the existing ones;
2) Partnering with HQ controlling team to monitor operative transfer pricing and ensure compliance with Group TP policy and customs regulations;
3) Partnering with HQ departments and/or foreign affiliates in case of new intercompany transactions to ensure Group TP policies are implemented;
4) Organize, prepare and work with tax advisors to have a best in class transfer pricing documentation of HQ Italian entities compliant with Italian tax regulations;
5) Steer and review the preparation of transfer pricing documentation of foreign affiliates;
6) Support local tax and finance teams of foreign affiliates in case of new transfer pricing regulations are introduced, including the new transfer pricing regime in Brazil;
7) Supervise and support HQ tax and foreign affiliates in case of transfer pricing audits, including any dispute resolution mechanism such as MAP.

**Requirements**:
Master’s degree in economics field

At least 8-10 years of experience in the same role

English fluent
