**Summary**:
HII Mission Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and mission-focused professional to provide operational support to the Weapons Duty Officer (WDO) function in a dynamic and high-tempo environment. This role is critical to the successful execution of live, training, and contingency missions, serving as the central coordination point between key operational stakeholders including the Supervisor of Flying (SOF), Director of Operations (DO), Weapons and Tactics, Maintenance, and Munitions Control.
Operating within secure facilities, the WDO Operations Support specialist will manage classified mission planning data, oversee vault operations, and ensure compliance with Air Force directives and security protocols. Responsibilities include preparing and verifying mission data media, managing secure networks, tracking sortie execution, and supporting post-mission analysis. The role also involves coordinating airspace usage, maintaining Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) data, and supporting deployment and exercise operations across USAFE and Host-Nation environments.

**Essential Job Responsibilities**:
- Provide daily operational support to the Weapons Duty Officer (WDO) function during live, training, and contingency missions.
- Serve as the central coordination point between the Supervisor of Flying (SOF), Director of Operations (DO), Weapons and Tactics, Maintenance, and Munitions Control for mission execution.
- Operate within secure facilities (vaults) to manage classified mission planning data and ensure all security protocols are followed.
- Maintain accountability, issue, and destruction of classified mission materials in accordance with DoDM 5200.01, AFI 16-1404, and local vault procedures.
- Prepare, load, and verify Joint Air-to-Air Missile (JAAM) data cartridges, P5 ACMI pods, and other mission data media prior to flight.
- Manage secure networks for classified and unclassified data transfer; coordinate with Aircrew Flight Equipment (AFE) and maintenance for P5 pod installation and data verification.
- Track and report daily sortie execution, weapons employment events, and training results for post-mission review and reporting.
- Retrieve and process post-sortie mission data using TCTS/P5, RAIDS, or similar systems for debrief and analysis.
- Maintain and update vault inventory, SF702 logs, AF Form 2432 equipment checklists, and classified container access records.
- Conduct daily vault security checks and ensure all classified material is properly stored and labeled IAW Air Force directives.
- Assist in developing and maintaining vault operations checklists, continuity books, and quick-reference guides for inspections and readiness reviews.
- Coordinate with Stan/Eval, Training, and Weapons and Tactics offices to ensure weapons events and evaluations are accurately documented.
- Support preparation and distribution of mission brief materials, range schedules, and airspace notifications.
- Manage secure and unclassified mission media destruction logs and maintain audit-ready documentation for all data transfers.
- Coordinate with Range Control and Wing Weapons and Tactics for airspace deconfliction, weapons events, and exercise participation.
- Maintain awareness of real-time aircraft status, weapons load configurations, and sortie sequencing to support mission flow.
- Support deployment and exercise operations by setting up secure vault systems, ensuring data-handling procedures meet USAFE and Host-Nation standards.
