**Creative & Production Traffic Wanted**

Kendago is a successful fast-growing global digital marketing company, specializing in direct response advertising. We are looking for talented and dedicated people to join our Creative Team. The Creative & Production Traffic will supervise workflows and help the production process in support of the creative department, helping assure productivity and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- “Mountain-mover” - Proactive, self-starter, with the ability to initiate projects, motivate others and oversee multiple processes from beginning to end
- Google Spreadsheets / Excel skills - advantage
- Great interpersonal skills - positive, team player, diligent, assertive and kind
- Effective multi-tasker with a can-do attitude
- Fluent English speaker
- Project management experience - an advantage
- B.A. in related fields - an advantage
- Enjoys being part of a winning team

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervising workflows within the creative department.
- Assisting in the production process to ensure efficiency.
- Maximizing productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinating tasks and timelines between teams.
- Monitoring project timelines and deadlines.
- Allocating resources effectively.
- Ensuring quality control and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Maintaining documentation of project progress.
- Implementing improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
