CUSTOMER INVOICES SPECIALIST
**La risorsa si occuperà di**:
Liquidazione Rebate Agreement Contrattuali, Listing, Activation, in base alla loro scadenza ( Mensile, Trimestrale, Etc. ) con registrazione dei Credit Memo in SAP ;
Richiesta ed archiviazione delle Conferme da parte del Commerciale delle avvenute Controprestazioni contrattuali dovute dai Clienti, relative a tutti i Rebate Agreement ad esclusione delle Activation;
Analisi, controllo e verifica delle Rebate Invoices ricevute nei WF con indicazione al BSO - A/P della corretta registrazione contabile
Preparazione delle Riconciliazioni tra Fatturato netto, Contributi maturati e Fatture CliFo ricevute per tutti i Clienti in overfatturazione e conseguente richiesta della Nota Credito ;
Preparazione edinvio dei fatturati netti mensili ai clienti ed al commerciale di riferimento ;
Preparazione del Settlement Template ogni 2 settimane ed invio al BSO A/P, per facilitare la registrazione delle Rebate Invoices a Sofia;
Supporto al BSOA/P per qualsiasi problema inerente alle Rebate Invoices, Credit Memo, pareggi di sistema. garantendo l’applicazione delle procedure condivise nel KCT con il BSO sulle Rebate Invoices e CliFo ;
Supporto al Commerciale ed al Customer Team su Contributi Maturati, Fatturato Netto, Approvazione e Liquidazione Rebate Agreement, richieste spot
Preparazione del riepilogo settimanale delle Rebate Invoices parked con indicazione della motivazione ed invio alla mailing list condivisa e pubblicazione su Sharepoint;
Allineamento con Commercial Finance per miglioramento processo legato alle Rebate Invoices e monitoraggio delle problematiche delle fatture parked
**REQUISITI**:
Esperienza pregressa nella mansione
Buona conoscenza della conoscenza inglese
Buona conoscenza del pacchetto office ( microsoft excel)
Preferibile conoscenza di Sap
Attenzione e precisione
Si offre contratto a tempo determinato iniziale con possibilità di proroghe
