What we are looking for:

We are looking for a Finance Manager based in Italy, but expected to also cover the necessities of our Austrian branch, with the following responsibilities:

- Implementation of effective Finance and Admin processes (statutory accounting and IFRS-reporting, payroll accounting, monthly reporting, forecasting and planning) to comply with local law and Group’s requirements
- Preparation of relevant decision papers for strategic and financial decisions on country level
- Managing auditors and tax advisors
- Support of the local Management Teams
- Responsible for the preparation of statutory and IFRS financial statements of the country organization
- Maintaining State of the Art Controlling
- and Finance processes
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and deepdives on center’s operative and financial performance
- Implementation and maintaining of Unit4 as the Group’s accounting / reporting software
- Organization and Coordination of the country’s budget, forecasts and long-range plans
- Ensuring the compliance with tax and corporate law requirements (with the support of a Commercialista/tax advisor)
- Liquidity management and payment execution
- Primary contact person for auditors, tax advisors, local banks
- Maintaining good working relationships with all internal and external customers and business partners
- Initiation and execution of improvement projects
- At least 3 years of experience in a Finance department of an international group, with first experiences as responsible Finance Managers, or from a Big4-Audit firm
- Fluent Italian and English skills, German recommended
- Successfully completed university studies of business administration with majors Finance, Accounting, Controlling
- Excellent interpersonal skills: bringing energy, positive mindset, ability to influence and convince
- A combination of strong analytics and business acumen, commercial sense as well as customercentric approach.
- Results driven to address the current situation at stake as well as to fit within a demanding group culture.
- Hands-on
- Very good management skills
- Experience in an international and dynamic environment
- Very good IT-skills (MS Office), Unit4 preferred
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato
