**Position**:

We are looking for our **Footwear Quality Manager** to lead Loewe’s definition, organization, execution and improvement of all Quality Management activities and processes for Footwear.

Reporting to the Global Quality and Aftersales Director, you will be based in XXX (Italy), with frequent travels to suppliers and Paris HO.

Key Functions of the role
- Quality in Development_ _
- Together with the product development and global quality teams, define the quality standards for materials and products, considering internal and external relevant existing standards (for example GB Standard ie China Standard).
- Coordinates the execution of testing, managing the tests results and coordinating the necessary improvements for final validation.
- Quality in Production_
- Together with Production teams, organizes the correct processes for quality control during production (internal and with external QC companies), partners with Quality Control companies, analyses Quality Control reports, takes responsibility of Derogation Process, works with suppliers to guarantee conformity and foster improvement action plans.
- Collaborate with Quality After Sales Team to provide Footwear information to the markets, responsible for the Quality Issues and alerts solving, implements in all the supply chain strong methods for root cause analyses and problem solving.

**Profile**:
What is important for the role
- Senior manager with a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant manufacturing/industrial experience, in the footwear industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Solution-orientated approach & Client-centric business leader
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong English level and Italian, French proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
