**Content Editor - Italian Speaking**

We are looking for an Italian speaking beauty-obsessed Content Editor to bring our missions to life through editorial and social copy, working on the IT market.

You’ll be passionate about the beauty space, beauty trends, and trying them out for yourself. Ideally, you’ll have experience working on an organised Content Team and writing digital content for campaigns and editorial. As an individual, you’re creative, bold, and willing to work for a challenging brand that changes the way the beauty industry talks. Our content is the soul of our brand, and you will own it. That’s a pretty big responsibility

You’ll know how to speak to a trusting hair and beauty community (both B2C and B2B), be passionate about industry topics and trends, and have experience (or knowledge) of a wide range of channels - from social media, through to blog writing. On top of that, you’ll understand how to utilise consumer research and SEO to identify trends, demand, and search behaviour, in order to craft relevant content and communications that will engage and entertain our consumers and salon partners.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Working closely with the Content Strategy Manager and the Content Team to write the best, brilliant, useful, searchable content out there.
- The Treatment Files blog and the Partners Blog for Italy - including planning, content creation and reporting.
- Creating content that drives organic traffic and meets our SEO targets.
- Transcreating successful articles created by other content writers in the Content Team.
- Working closely with the local teams to create a content calendar that engages our community, recognising lifestyle trends and seasonal moments.
- Transcreating and working closely with all departments for copy in regions (PPC, Paid Social, CRM, Product, Partner marketing, and video) and seasonal campaigns that align with Treatwell’s tone of voice.
- Working closely across-departments to produce copy for multiple platforms in multiple regions (like PPC, Paid Social, CRM, Product, Partner marketing, and video).
- Developing string relationships with our beauty experts.

**About you**
- Impeccable command of the Italian language and fluency in English.
- Excellent written skills with attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
- The capability to manage your own workload and balance multiple projects to tight deadlines through regular prioritisation & check-ins with your manager.
- Comfortable thinking on your feet, taking initiative and thriving in a fast-moving environment.
- An interest in marketing and communications and the willingness to support multichannel marketing campaigns.
- Able to interrogate copy briefs and deliver messaging of a high standard.
- A passion for the beauty industry, and staying up to date on the latest trends.
- A strong analytical mindset coupled with a good instinct of the beauty sector.
- Genuine creativity - happy to challenge and think or do things differently.
- Charismatic character, bias for action and a strong communicator.
