**Project Manager - Investments & Operational Excellence Europe**

The Project Manager will take the lead in challenging improvement activities related to factory optimization in the area of automatization, technology, digitalization, and operational excellence to drive strategic projects that support the company’s overall success. This role ensures that projects are completed compliant with applicable safety policies and regulations within budget, scope, time, and to the highest level of quality.

**Responsibilities**
- Leading cross functional project teams along all project phases (initialization, analysis, concept development, project implementation until handover to Regional accountable organizations).
- Drive project teams and organizations to comprehensively improve operating model design, process simplification, data & technology enablement, and financial success, whilst ensuring quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Align and prioritize innovation initiatives, and projects, while ensuring synergies of local improvements with wider transformational objectives.
- Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
- Expanding program offering and enhancing the quality of existing programs. Understanding how different projects interlink and overlap
- Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement, including developing a robust risk mitigation plan and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
- Support teams with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities to pursue business goals.
- Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance.
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. Gathering feedback and presenting insights

**Qualifications**
- Academic degree with a major in a degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or affiliated field.
- Experience of manufacturing industry
- Program/project management experience required
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
