Internship Marketing Communication, PR and Events

You will support us in the organization for the celebration of the company’s 100 years. You will collaborate with both the marketing department and the travel management department, in order to help us guarantee that the organization of the celebration meets our expectations.
- The internships duration would be 6 to 10 months.- YOUR TASKS- Marketing:
- Participate in the planning, preparation and realization of major events
- Group allocation (distribution and allocation of transfers and evening events) and staff overview (team allocation for individual core tasks)
- Creation and conception of materials (calendar overviews, invitations, welcome letters, briefing for team members)
- Support in the processing of event sub-projects
- Obtain and compare cost estimates
- Initial contact with suppliers
- Validation of program content
- Travel:
- Creating rooming lists and passing them on to hotels
- Entering the data we need for pre check-in
- Forward rebookings (e.g. name changes) to hotels
- Prepare info sheet (with information on the program, transfers, hotels, dinner, etc.)
- Provide organizational information
- Possibly be present in one of the hotels when guests arrive (welcome team)

- Organizing and planning are your strengths
- Good communication skills
- Proactivity, reliability and precise way of working
- Good knowledge of MS-Office
- Fluent in English and in Italian or German
