Sourcing Specialist Manufacturing, Real Estate and

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will report to the Indirect Procurement Operations EMEA **Responsibilities** - Deliver savings in Southern Europe within the manufacturing, real estate and business spend - Reduce the number of suppliers in the Region by c.20%. - Establish a process that all contracts are tendered on a 3 year cycle. - Participate in the energy sourcing strategy for the territory and complete the market tenders and lead projects to obtain potential government subsidies and grants. - Guide supplier performance through continuous improvement projects and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Ensure that 50% of your top 20 suppliers are contributing to continuous improvement projects and exceeding their SLA agreements - Utilise E-Pro in EMEA and ensure that all eligible spend is addressed through the portal including maximum use of catalogues and contracts capturing line item information. **Qualifications** - Previous purchasing experience within a major manufacturing company - Experience handling both CAPEX and OPEX spends - 3+ years of experience handling Business Support spend and Sundries - Know-how of establishing contracts, monitoring performance and resolving issues. - Proficient English Benefits: private health insurance, pension fund **About us**: **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** **The PPG Way** Every single day at PPG: **We partner with customers to create mutual value.** We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
