**About the Job**:
Join our dynamic team in the fashion industry, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our ecommerce strategy and retail expansion. Since our launch, we've been dedicated to revolutionizing fashion retail through data-driven decisions, and now we're looking for a passionate Data Analyst to help us continue our growth trajectory.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive analysis of ecommerce data, store performance, and broader market trends.
- Develop and administer ad hoc questionnaires to gather additional consumer and market insights.
- Translate complex data sets into actionable information to guide decisions on ecommerce tactics, store openings, and product offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and strategize based on analysis of best-selling items and overall sales trends.
- Continuously refine data collection and analysis practices to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of our retail strategy.

**Who You Are**:

- A recent graduate with a keen interest in the intersection of data science and fashion.
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret extensive data to make strategic decisions.
- Innovative and proactive in creating tools and methods for data collection and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of statistical tools and software with the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and or Italian.
