**Sales and Didactic Consultant - Ravenna**

My English School (MyES) arriva in Italia nel 2011 e conta oggi oltre 60 sedi in Italia, tre in Francia e cinque in Spagna.

MyES è una scuola d’inglese innovativa, il cui metodo predilige l’attenzione al singolo e alle sue necessità attraverso un percorso didattico che alterni lezioni teoriche e sessioni pratiche, percorsi di conversazione ed eventi, supportato da sistemi digitali e tecnologie all’avanguardia.

MyES cerca **n. 2 Sales and Didactic Consultant**che illustri la metodologia didattica e venda corsi di lingua inglese a privati ed aziende.

L'inserimento è previsto nella sede di Ravenna.

La figura riporta al Direttore di Centro.

**I compiti principali**:

- Contatto con potenziali clienti profilati
- Attività di consulenza e vendita clientela privata e talvolta aziendale
- Follow-up del percorso di studio dei clienti
- Riunioni di briefing, supporto e coordinamento con il Direttore di Centro

**Requisiti e Competenze desiderate**
- Diploma di scuola media superiore
- Conoscenza della Lingua inglese (livello B2 o superiori)
- Buona conoscenza e pratica del pacchetto Microsoft Office
- Esperienza nella vendita e assistenza clienti di servizi B2C/B2B
- Volontà di eccellere in ambienti dinamici e in mercati in evoluzione, accrescendo continuamente le proprie competenze
- Capacità relazionali/empatia, attenzione alle persone e alle loro motivazioni
- Orientamento al cliente e costante attenzione alla qualità del servizio offerto
- Orientamento al risultato/capacità di lavorare per obiettivi, serietà/puntualità, energia

L’ambiente orientato al risultato consentirà alle figure più performanti di eccellere.

Orario di lavoro: Full-Time con presenza su turni dal lunedì al venerdì (in fascia 10.00-21.00) e sabati mattina alternati (9.00-13.00).

Inquadramento: contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi con finalità di inserimento a tempo indeterminato.

La retribuzione, oltre alla RAL fissa e buoni pasto, comprende un ottimo sistema incentivante erogato mensilmente in base al fatturato raggiunto.

La retribuzione media da aspettarsi in ruolo è di circa 27K, aumentabile in base alle performance.

Sede Lavoro: Ravenna, Via Basson del Grappa 20/22

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 6 mesi

Retribuzione: €23.000,00 - €42.000,00 all'anno
