On behalf of automotive multinational, we are looking for a

SALES ANALYST and SUPPORT - Used Cars & Remarketing

Within the Sales Fleet & Used Car team, reporting to the Fleet & Used Cars Senior Manager, you will be involved in all the activities linked to Used Car Remarketing and Used Car program.

**In particular you will deal with remarketing activities**: planning, defleeting, sales processes, reporting, and customers’ requests. You will also take care of the deployment of the Stock Locator by interfacing with Dealers and Suppliers.

In particular you will support the team in the following activities:
Remarketing Database daily maintenance and update
Weekly forecast Used car and Company Car reporting
Monthly Used car reporting (sales, stock, warranties, auction, turnover, etc.)
Quarterly used car prices approval and monthly results approval
Manage interface with suppliers of Remarketing activities
Manage used car order approval, internal flows, suppliers systems, invoice, logistic, documents for dealers/traders/private/auctions, in order to reach monthly used car sales target
Monthly employee used car list publication and request registration and management
Remarketing suppliers monthly invoices payment
Stock locator project implementation on the network, documents collection, communication to dealers and suppliers request management
Collect and manage dealers and customers requests and claims
Interface with the Company car and Used car Specialists for all issues and requests linked to remarketing activities

**Requirements**:
University degree, preferably in Economics
Approximately 1 year of experience in similar positions

**English and Italian**: fluent, spoken and written
Good knowledge of Excel and Power Point
Experience in the automotive industry and preferably in the used car department is a plus
Proactivity, self-confidence, good communication and relational skills.

**Si offre**: Contratto di sostituzione maternità. Inquadramento e retribuzione commisurati all’esperienza.

**Sede**: Milano ovest.

**Modalità di lavoro**: in presenza con 1 giorno a settimana di smartworking.
