**The opportunity**

For our business unit **High Voltage**based in Lodi, we are searching for a highly skilled and experienced **Continuous Improvement Manager**to lead strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and reducing manufacturing costs. This role is critical to driving profitability and continuous improvement across our production operations.

**How you'll make an impact**
- Analyze product designs, manufacturing methods, and internal processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Lead changes in product design and manufacturing techniques to improve performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies such as:

- 5S
- Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
- Single Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED)
- Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
- Kaizen
- Manage large-scale projects or processes with mínimal supervision.
- Mentor, coach, and delegate tasks to junior professionals.
- Solve complex and challenging problems with innovative and data-driven approaches.

**Your background**
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing process improvement and Lean implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence change across teams.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
