Palazzo Daniele is a 15-suite luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Salento, part of GS

Collection and Design Hotels / Marriott Bonvoy.

Renowned for its authentic and design-driven hospitality, the Palazzo welcomes up to 30

guests in an atmosphere of refined simplicity, where art, cuisine, and human connection define

the experience.

The bar and pool area are central to the Palazzo’s convivial spirit — intimate spaces where

guests gather to relax, socialize, and discover new tastes in a setting that feels both elegant and

familiar.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and creative Barman / Barmaid to oversee the bar and pool

areas of Palazzo Daniele, ensuring a warm, engaging, and high-level service experience.

knowledge of mixology, and an innate ability to connect with guests. You will be

responsible for creating and updating the seasonal cocktail menu, managing bar operations,

and ensuring that every interaction reflects the GS Collection philosophy of understated

elegance and authenticity.

A strong sales attitude, refined communication skills, and an eye for aesthetics are essential to

succeed in this role.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage the bar and pool areas, ensuring impeccable service and atmosphere.
- Create and update a signature cocktail menu inspired by local ingredients and

Mediterranean culture.
- Engage guests with warmth and professionalism, creating genuine and lasting

connections.

Palazzo’s tone of hospitality.
- Maintain the bar area always organized, stocked, and visually elegant.
- Prepare cocktails, coffees, and other drinks with precision, creativity, and consistency.
- Monitor stock levels, manage supplier relationships, and control costs.
- Collaborate with the F&B and Front Office teams for seamless daily coordination.
- Comply with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as Barman / Barmaid in luxury hotels or high-end cocktail bars.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, wines, and spirits.
- Ability to create and manage cocktail menus.
- Fluent in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent guest interaction and selling skills, with a natural sense of elegance and

discretion.
- Creativity, precision, and attention to every detail.
- Availability for the full season (April - October 2026).
