**WHO WE ARE**

My English School (MyES) arrives in 2011 and now has 50 schools in Italy, 6 in Spain and 4 in France.

My English School is an innovative EFL school concept in Italy, which uses a common-sense communicative method, allied to online digital activities and flexibility in the approach to the student timetable. Lessons take place in an open-plan school, using multimedia for audio, video and images.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**English Soul Srl**, franchisee My English School, **is looking for 1 qualified, passionate, native or C2-certified English teacher to join our dynamic and motivated team in our school opening soon in Pavia (PV).**

At MyES, Fun and creativity are encouraged in our learning-centered workplace.

We put emphasis on the importance of training for all staff: full training and support will be provided for this role, as well as the chance to be part of the life of the school through ongoing training, team meetings, events and social life.

We use a communicative methodology, and make use of technology in the classroom and outside of the classroom.

The figure will report hierarchically to the Director Of Studies

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**

**CELTA/TEFL/TESOL** certificate or equivalent

**Permission to work in the EU** or a valid work permit for employment in the EU

There are various positions for teachers with experience and for those looking for their first teaching role.

We are looking for professionalism, fun and team focus in our teachers.

Experience in business English is a plus for some roles.

**EMPLOYMENT STATUS**

A competitive hourly rate on a pay scale, bonus for teaching in company, and opportunity for growth within a fast-growing company

Contract: 4 months fixed term contract with the aim of a permanent contract
