Cosa cerchiamo

Siamo alla ricerca di un Technical Project Manager appassionato e dinamico
- Diploma o Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline STEM
- Preferibile certificazione Waterfall | UI/UX | Scrum Master | PMI
- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nell’analisi e implementazione di soluzioni IT aziendali, con focus su processi di business, raccolta requisiti, testing e configurazione di piattaforme software.
- Ottime capacità analitiche e di problem solving
- Attitudine al lavoro in team e buone capacità comunicative
- Gestione efficace del tempo e delle priorità
- Inglese fluente (B2/C1)
- Gradita esperienza in ruoli simili in contesti retail/GDO.
- Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale.

Le tue responsabilità
- Sviluppare e gestire il progetto, la comunicazione, i piani delle risorse e i processi
- Analizzare tutti i processi tecnici e di gestione per assicurarti che vengano consegnati come previsto
- Incontrare regolarmente le parti interessate del progetto e definire gli obiettivi del progetto
- Guidare il budget e l'allocazione delle risorse in tutte le fasi del progetto
- Pianificare le tempistiche dei progetti e monitorare il budget
- Supervisionare le operazioni tecniche quotidiane, compresi gli incarichi e la revisione del personale
- Ricerca e valutazione di nuove tecnologie hardware e software
- Collaborare con gli altri dipartimenti nel prendere decisioni sull'analisi costi-benefici dei nuovi acquisti
