Siamo alla ricerca di un Room Division Manager per struttura ricettiva 4 stelle nel centro di Roma, con esperienza e dinamismo, che assisterà il General Manager nella supervisione di tutti gli aspetti della gestione della struttura in conformità alla mission aziendale, tra cui la massimizzazione dei ricavi, la soddisfazione degli ospiti e lo sviluppo del personale all'interno di standard di qualità stabiliti dalla Direzione.

Requisiti indispensabili:

- perfetta conoscenza della lingua inglese e di almeno un'altra lingua
- perfetta conoscenza del sistema OPERA (ultima versione)
- familiarità con i sistemi di Revenue Management
- Conoscenza dei sistemi Marriott

Doti di leadership, comunicazione e gestione del team completano il profilo

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Retribuzione: €35.702,02 - €76.037,60 all'anno
