As a Regional Lean Leader - Italy, you will provide lean deployment for our teams based in Bari and Naples Italy, enabling the team to continuously improve responsiveness and value for our customers. This will be a hands-on and single contributor role. You'll report directly to the Global Senior Lean Leader and will have support from Plant Manager of the 2 sites.

As a LEAN Leader - Italy, you will be responsible for:

- Coaching and mentoring cross-functional team on how to identify and eliminate non-value add activities in all process.
- Developing plant lean strategy, goal and plan together with function leaders for productivity (Plan)
- Providing adequate lean training and shape Kaizen Projects with functional leaders. (Do)
- Monitoring and reviewing Kaizen projects and other performance metrics together with function leaders. (Check)
- Coaching function leaders next actions for the goals. (Action)
- Facilitating Kaikaku events with the support of local cross-functional team members, to address bottlenecks and pain points throughout the full value stream from quotation to shipment.
- Developing a Kaizen culture through daily Gemba and teaching cross functional team how to identify waste
- Developing a team of specialists that understand continuous improvement and waste elimination practices such as Toyota Production System, Lean, or other similar methodology.
- Providing guidance to functional managers to help them address challenges affecting employee well-being, productivity, quality, cycle time, or responsiveness to customers.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Have 10 years or more experience in leading Lean Transformations in Engineered to Order Business, Configure to Order and Made to Order businesses
- Have experience running Kaizen and drive changes in transactional and manufacturing environment, both, wing to wing
- Have demonstrated improvement of business key performance indicators.
- Have good business level proficiency in Italian and English
- Position will be based out off either Bari or Naples but would have responsibility over both sites Lean deployment
- Be willingly to travel and work in our Naples and Bari sites
