**SECURITY MANAGER**
**Responsabilies**:
- Guarantees the protection of corporate assets at the site under its responsibility, in cooperation with all corporate functions involved
- Coordinates and manages the Security team that carries out the operational control activities within the site reporting to the Security manager Italy and Switzerland
- Ensures the implementation of the corporate vision in accordance with the guidelines received from the Security Italy team and the Group
- Guarantees the prevention and management of any thefts inside the warehouse, to protect the security of goods managed on behalf of the customer and the quality of the service provided;
- Coordinates the external surveillance service and manages the anti-intrusion, alarm and video surveillance systems of the warehouse, in compliance with current privacy legislation;
- Shares information and procedures with the Solution Design Office and with the client's Security representatives for the definition and start-up of new projects;
- Interfaces with external law enforcement agencies to manage and prevent all problems relating to thefts, reports, etc...;
- Guarantees compliance with the certifications required by the site (by way of example but not limited to: ISO 28000)
- Guarantees SOX Compliance on all processes under its responsibility.
- Guarantees the training of warehouse personnel on prevention of illegal activities (eg theft, robbery,...);
- Evaluates and proposes improvement solutions applicable to its area of responsibility
- It carries out its business in compliance with the workplace safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08) and with the safety procedures intended as the protection of company assets;
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree;
- Experience in the role of at least 5 years in structured multinational companies;
- Good knowledge of the Office Package;
- Fluent English languages, both writing and speaking.
- Assertive with clients and collaborators.
- Able to analyze conflict situations and reach agreements.
