**Your role**:
As our Global DTC SR Buyer you will join the Global Retail team at Woolrich. Reporting into our Global Retail Director you will manage the OTB process across Retail (both full price and outlet) and E-Commerce for all the product categories (apparel, footwear, accessories), driving the buying & allocation strategy ensuring alignment with the brand seasonal direction, the sales and profitability targets.

**Your day to day in the team**:

- Define the omnichannel assortment on all product categories
- Edit style selection ensuring quality (mix) and quantity (turnover and profitability) according to the brand identity and strategy
- Analyze product performance to meet business targets
- Contribute to identify growth opportunities within the product range
- Manage in-season replenishments (reorders & cancellations) based on analysis and tactical adjustments
- Monitor business and stock opportunities, manage product flow, ensure product deliveries to the right distribution in the right quantity are met according to stock management plans
- Partner with Merchandising to drive product development and price architecture
- Collect customer feedback, keep track of market trends and competition in order to make product range sound decisions

**Your added value to the team**:

- 5+ years’ experience in Retail Buying or equivalent in a medium or large sized apparel company, preferably in luxury fashion
- Omnichannel DTC experience
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Strong analytical skills and mindset
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast - paced environment
- Ability to drive results under strict deadlines
