**Your role in our team**:
**Head of GSO (IT MANAGER)**

Functional profile
- Resolving technical issues and user complaints in a timely and effective manner (support to user in local language)
- Ensuring uptime and availability of systems, products and services
- Monitor, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware and software components to ensure system stability and security
- Monitoring and analyzing operational metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies as needed (incl. alignment within Global Support and Operations organization)
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that support and operations align with overall business and IT objectives
- Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, vendors, and IT teams - esp. managers within their site(s)
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards Managing Business Department Contact for IT and Key Users

**Your profile**:
Experience & Education
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles working in IT complex organization
- IT technology and development aptitude
- Diversified background of technical infrastructure experience
- Good knowledge of SAP SD module
- Preferable: Project management/coordination experience and ability to work cross-functionally
- Fluent English.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines (Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration)
