Our Electrification Products Division is looking for an Intern, based in Santa Palomba (RM), who will provide support to Human Resources activities and projects within the Business Unit Smart Buildings. In this role you will provide assistance for the HR Business Partners and contribute to various HR processes. Contract: stage

**This position reports to**:
Production Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Provide support to the implementation of Local Product Group HR Roadmap concerning topics like Engagement, Communication, Talent Development and Wellbeing.
- Provide administrative support in workforce flexibility management during production peaks (starts, extensions and terminations of External, Temporary and Internship contracts).
- Provide Support in HR Metrics update and analysis.
- Provide support to the implementation of short-term and mid-term training programs for apprentices according to National and Regional regulations.
- Support new hires during Onboarding phase.
- Support Location HR Business Partner in assisting managers and employees at local level.

**Your background**:

- A Bachelor or a Master Degree in Human Resources or a relevant equivalent (es: jurisprudence). Master in personnel administration is considered a plus.
- Fluent Italian and excellent English (both written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-Point).
- Problem-solving attitude, good communication and analytical skills and team-working abilities.
