Junior Financial Controller

**Your challenge**:
The **Junior Controller **is a key member of the Finance Team and through direct and indirect partnership contributes to the Country growth. You will be a part of the Italian finance team of 6 talents. After tailored training and learning program during your onboarding, you will oversee general accounting operations and partner/ assist the Finance Controller in the month-end close accounting, the monthly reconciliations and financial reporting._ _

**Your responsibilities as Junior Controller at Videojet, include**:

- Monitor Cash Collection, identify opportunities and risks
- Prepare monthly accounts reconciliations
- Monitor monthly and annual financial accounts according to US-GAAP and local accounting standards
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Maintain general ledger
- Support budget process
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Backup Finance Controller when required

**Your experience/skills will include**:

- Financial accounting degree or CPA certification
- Experience in US and ITA GAAP
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and deliver results while quickly adapting to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges
- Excellent knowledge of local ITA statutory reporting requirements and Internal Control procedures
- This role required to be fluent in English, with strong written and oral communication skills next to being fluent in Italian.
- Continuous improvement attitude, combined with pro active, independent and problem solving mindset
- You are driving to be the best in your profession, accurate, work under pressure and strong on time management
