**This position reports to**:
Lead Motion Manager Italy ＆ SEU

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, as Local Division Manager MOSE Italy, you will have the opportunity to implement the service strategy and drive service growth for the Motion Service Division in Italy. Each day, you will lead the Service organization and be responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of Service resources, in line with HSE rules. You will also showcase your expertise by running the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity. In addition to that, as Service Supply Unit (SSU) Manager, you will have the end-to-end responsibility for product portfolio management, global footprint, product portfolio strategy and offering development. The organization (Supply Service Unit MG) has a global responsibility for production, technical support, expert services, spare parts, replacement, back end for sales in services and “center of expertise” in special issues or projects. Motion service act globally often through the local service organization in each country/region. You will be mainly accountable for: -Driving and leading HSE for all Local MOSE Division being nominated Employer and Lead Manager of Vittuone site; -Creating and driving implementation of service strategy for Italian Market; -Ensuring that strategic plans are implemented consistently in the service organization through collaboration with other Motion divisions. -Driving, implementing, reporting, and monitoring of performance targets as part of the Motion Service Italy P&L -Driving, implementing, reporting, and monitoring of performance targets as end-to-end Supply Service unit business management (financial, productivity, investments, HSE, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.). -Investing in improving the quality of existing service products and in developing new service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction. -Leading and developing teams and people in your team -Having employer responsibility of local Division teams and Vittuone’s Logistic Centre.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- You are immersed in business leadership P&L Management responsibility, and the business management market. Above all, you must enjoy running a business with significant positive impact in our clients, employees and stakeholders.
- Ability to demonstrate your experience of at least 15 years preferably in Automation and Service Industry.
- You have experience of leading teams across different business functions, including production/workshop activities and customer sites management.
- You have experience in long-term business planning, such as resources, personnel, portfolio, and organizational design.
- You are at ease communicating in Italian and English.
- You are passionate about working as a business leader with technical knowledge related to motors and variable speed drives.
