The core task is to coordinate the optimization of our IT landscape for the Purchasing processes. In addition, SAP IT Key user function and coordination with internal and external partners.**YOUR TASKS**
- Key user function and project management for IT projects with focus on purchasing
- Conceptual design and imlementation of the technical requirements of business processes in SAP-MM/For purchasing
- Implementation of SRM
- Process optimization in close collaboration with process owners of different purchasing departments (Marketing/General Service Purchasing, Technical Purchasing, Raw-Materia & Packaging Purchasing) and IT department
- Support in change management activities
- Interface between internal departments and external partners
- Close cooperation with:

- Strategic Purchases
- Operative Purchases
- Technical Purchases

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Commercial and purchases education
- 3-5 years of experience in purchasing
- Business processes, IT and digitalization are your passion
- Excellent knowledge of SAP / SRM and Excel
- Previous experience in process optimization
- Communication and coordination skills
- Project management skills are of advantage
- Fluent English, knowledge of German and/or Italian
