Our Procurement Fulfillment team is the main point of contact for suppliers for all activities related to the execution of the direct materials supplies. We ensure On Time Delivery for goods and related documents and identify and implement continuous development programs for improving their performances, capacity and capability. We solve complex problems, execute objectives, and support short-term / long-term business goals. Ensure business strategies are followed for fulfillment, quality in order to deliver on time customer's orders, with the proper quality.

As BVC Fulfillment Leader, you will work with Procurement COE's and commodities, Suppliers, driving all aspects related to material and documents fulfillment and execution.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Setting up a partnership and continuous improvements relation with the suppliers that will be part of this growth. You will re-assess the execution model base on the suppliers performance
- Partnering with supplier quality team to guarantee the overall performance of the suppliers in alignment with the expected growth
- Collaborating with material management and manufacturing cells to optimize material synchronization, ensuring material availability and optimize inventory level and free cash flow
- Acting as focal point for BVC material fulfillment, cooperating with Sourcing COE Supplier Quality and enterprise Procurement team to enhance fulfillment operations of BVC suppliers. Create operating rhythms and production reports to control order execution, implement risk mitigation plans using a proactive approach and create a smooth material flow.
- In line with GTE Business strategy deployment, collaborating with Rewiring team, Procurement Operational Excellence, Kaizen Execution Leader to lead Suppliers in Continuous Improvement journey, defining and executing Kaizen roadmap through Lean & Digital methodology, aiming to eliminate waste and improve performance.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a bachelor’s in Engineering;
- Have experience in Engineering, Procurement or Manufacturing roles;
- Have sound knowledge Turbocompressor products and their production process/methods;
- Have willingness and ability to travel to BVC country
- Have exceptional leadership skills;
- Be oriented to continuous improvement;
- Have excellent communication skills in English and Italian;
- Be results orientated, proactive problem solver, and a team player.
