What you’ll do:

- You will join the team of ICT and in particular in the Digital Factory, reporting directly to IT Digital Portfolio Manager
- You will have the opportunity to be involved in an international and dynamic team, fully committed in supporting the global online growth of Sisal, managing cross-channel digital projects and leading a dedicated team.

Who you are:

- You have at least 8 years of experience in structured contexts such as consultancy firms, customer and digital oriented companies;
- You have a degree in economy, business administration, engineering or equivalent culture;
- You have excellent knowledge of the IT project lifecycle, waterfall and agile methodologies, Microsoft Office (specific focus on Excel and Powerpoint);
- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
- You are open minded, proactive, flexible, innovative, determined;
- You know how to create and motivate a team, build trust, become a point of reference for all the project stakeholders.

Preferrably, you also have:

- Previous experience in IT project management;
- Basic knowledge of Jira, Service Now, MS Project.
