Reporting to the Global Director, Product Management, the Global Product Manager is responsible for developing a deep insight into our customers, their problems and how Trojan Technologies can deliver monetized value This role is all about building strong, diverse relationships across all functional groups to foster trust, drive engagement, and enable transformative change. You will be at the helm of your product portfolio, driving both capital and recurring revenue streams, and developing strategies that not only solve valuable problems but also create sustainable competitive advantages. By leveraging VES fundamentals and tools, you will enable analytical thinking and standard work, ensuring that our products continue to lead the market. This position is part of the Global Product Management team and can be located in Austria, Germany, Italy or France and will be remote.

**In this role, a typical day will look like**:

- Leveraging primary research tools and voice-of-customer to uncover unmet customer needs and understand their implications for your product line.
- Forming and maintaining trustworthy relationships, establishing followership across the organization to lead change and gain buy-in for new products and enhancements.
- Leading Launch Excellence process to ensure successful launch and adoption of new products, accountable for early-life cycle bookings, revenue and margin achievement.
- Leading or participating in annual Product Portfolio Analysis reviews and prioritize opportunities to enhance customer value and drive growth that optimize the allocation of resources across the portfolio.
- Developing communication tools and training material, including presentations and competitor assessments, to enable commercial teams to drive growth.
- Establishing and maintaining pricing strategy for assigned products to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Developing and maintaining a 3-year product roadmap of enhancements, cost savings opportunities and compliance for existing product portfolio.

**The essential requirements of the job include**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences or business.
- MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Experience serving Municipal Water Treatment Customers or Consulting Engineer, or evidence of strong product management of a physical product if outside the Water Treatment industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skill.
- Strong ability to develop meaningful relationships, instil trust and lead through influence.
- Demonstrated business acumen and financial analysis ability.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time, domestic and international travel is required.
