**Posizione:**:In order to implement our Marketing Department, we are looking for a Packaging & Development Manager.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, he/she will hold responsibility for packaging ensuring the development from brief to production.

The role will work alongside the Strategic Marketing team, R&D and Industrialization, and will develop packaging solutions that meet briefs according to the relevant cosmetic trends.
The role will also lead large strategic packaging projects where relevant.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- To deliver packaging development for key strategic projects (sourcing and negotiations with external suppliers in compliance with cost, quality and timing).
- To provide technical support to the NPD team.
- To work with the Buying team to ensure that all current sustainability gaols are met in the most cost effective manner possible.
- To support Marketing team in defining “ready to go” packaging proposals.
- To be the owner of the sourcing of new packaging ideas, delivering internal presentations on innovative initiatives and new developments.
- To work with external suppliers to develop new tools and pilot samples.

**Requisiti**:

- At least 5 years of experience in a packaging development position within the cosmetic field.
- Fluent in English, another foreign language is a plus.
- Good interpersonal relationship, collaborative approach.
- Negotiation skills.
- Analytical and problem solver attitude.
- Ability to define priorities and manage stress.
- Availability to travel.
