As a Graduate Control and Instrumentation Engineer, you’ll be part of a collaborative, inclusive, and forward-thinking team that’s helping to deliver sustainable energy solutions across the globe.

As a valued member of our Genoa-based team, you’ll contribute to the design and delivery of cutting-edge Power Plant projects. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience and developing your technical and leadership skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the design and execution of instrumentation and control systems for power generation projects (thermal, nuclear, renewables, EfW).
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across Mott MacDonald, including civil, mechanical, electrical, and process engineers.
- Preparing technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for various project stages — from feasibility to construction.
- Engaging with clients and contributing to business development in emerging technologies and markets.
- Participating in short-term international assignments, expanding your global perspective.

To be eligible for this opportunity, you will have less than 12 months’ relevant experience (excluding placements) and have a masters degree (obtained no earlier than 2024) or expected to achieve one of the following degree disciplines:

- Masters in Electrical Engineering
- Masters in Automation
