To strengthen our team in Milan, we are looking for excellent Strategy Consultants in Operations and High Performance Organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- In the role, you will lead international interdisciplinary teams at customer’s site with a focus on transforming their operations and obtaining a customer competitive advantage
- You will guide our clients with innovative ideas to increase the performance of production processes and logistics, reduce processes costs and improve the client’s customer satisfaction
- You are asked to link operations improvements to client’s strategic targets and drive the change through implemented measurable results
- You will leverage Digital Tools and Industry 4.0 Use Cases as enablers of a superior performance in the operations
**Qualifications

- 4 or more years of experience in production management of multinational companies, preferable in industrial goods or consumer goods sectors
- Experience in leading directly resources
- Successfully completed degree in Engineering or an equivalent education, MBA is a preferred requirement
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Big Picture understanding, entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for changes
- Language proficiency in Italian and English, German is a plus
The role of consultant requires a full willingness to travel (80% of the work time at customers’ site).
