**Responsibilities**:

- As a Business & UX Analyst, you will actively contribute to product design, definition, and development, with a keen focus on UX aspects.
- Depending on company needs you’ll be focused on
- UX definition: Concentrate on user satisfaction by ensuring the product meets user needs through user research, design/prototyping, usability testing, and data analysis, utilizing tools such as Firebase and Google Analytics.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Expertise and passion for product analysis
- Smart and proactive attitude
- Genuine interest in UX and user research
- Good level of English (you will work in an international team)

**Bonus Points**:

- UX design experience using Figma or similar tools
- Skills in copywriting or UX writing
- Some level of experience with data analysis tools such as Firebase

- This role is based in our Pavia office in Italy, where you'll collaborate with colleagues from Portugal, Ukraine, Germany, and the USA, fostering a daily experience of diverse and multicultural interactions.
