From the software to the large warehouse, from the gearmotors to the complex automations, you’ll learn and grow, contributing to work that shapes the world. **Position** The industrial controller will have the mission to target, challenge and monitorate all costs (materials, labour, overhead): from the launch in production of equipments and services (revamping, spare parts etc) until final acceptance to the customer, in line with group strategy targets.The scope of the activities includes equipments manufactured and Services (revamping, spare parts etc). The perimeter includes sales & margin and “Other costs of good sold” (focus mainly on non-quality costs). He/she will report strong line to the Controller Group. Your scope: - Schedule all activities associated with assigned projects to produce an integrated critical path schedule, update as required, and report potential problems/problem areas; - Challenge the functional managers from a financial perspective, particularly in relation to the achievement of margins; - Prepare and update, on a regular basis, project best estimate cost; - Prepare and update the review of price list with definition of target cost; - Enter and maintain project best estimate cost in the ERP; - Monitor of project costing and alert functional managers if targets are at risks vs. forecast; - Participate in management accounting tasks (costing corrections etc.); - Prepare of monthly reports, rolling forecasts and annual budgets following close liaison with functional manager; - Review the results and forecasts in conjunction with the functional managers; - Contribute to the achievement of strict financial controls for projects costing_;_ - Provide support to functional departments within the company; - Contribute actively to the update or review of the industrial accounting method in the ERP and in the reports used in the Group; - Creation of business case (Capex); - Complied with all procedures in place in his/her area; - Participate to internal and external audit. **Requirements**: Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English is required. Complete the profile: - Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks/projects; - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; - Good command of SAP; - Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing; - Ability to work well as an integral part of a large Project Team that includes all disciplines; - Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
