**1 Innovation Strategist**

La risorsa ricercata supporta la Digital Transformation dell'azienda, ottimizzando la gestione e contribuendo attivamente al progresso tecnologico e innovativo. Supporta la definizione della Digital Business Strategy contribuendo ad individuare le priorità di innovazione, garantendo il presidio costante e la diffusione delle iniziative ad esse correlate anche in ottica di attività cross-company, partnership e joint venture.

Valuta i digital trends & capabilities delle tecnologie emergenti di mercato in funzione dei digital gaps & threats aziendali. Individua tecnologie e partner tecnologici da coinvolgere. Analizza opportunità, rischi, punti di forza e di debolezza delle iniziative proposte facendo un benchmark con le best practices di settore.

**Requisiti oggettivi richiesti**

Titolo di studio: Laurea Magistrale

Esperienza: Esperienza professionale pregressa in ruolo analogo presso Aziende o primarie società di consulenza o startup nell'ambito dell'Innovazione o Technology strategy non minore di 7 anni.

Conoscenze e competenze tecniche richieste
- Competenze su tematiche di Innovation Management, Open Innovation e Corporate Entrepreneurship (strumenti, processi e metodologie, gestione della proprietà intellettuale).
- Creatività e capacità di progettare e gestire programmi di innovazione che coinvolgono stakeholder sia interni che esterni, con particolare riferimento anche a tematiche di Change Management.
- Conoscenza delle metodologie Agile, Lean Startup e Design Sprint.
- Business planning e conoscenza dei principali strumenti per lo sviluppo e la validazione dei modelli di business.
- Capacità di gestione delle relazioni anche con partner ed esterni.
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese

**Requisiti Graditi**

Conoscenza dei principali strumenti di project management e data visualization (Power BI, SPSS, Tableau etc.), inclusa la capacità di produrre presentazioni con alti standard qualitativi.
