Educator for Early Years Children (Ages 1-3) This is a full-time position. **Primary responsibilities** - Demonstrating a desire to make a difference to a child’s learning - Believing in the abilities of colleagues, in order to work closely with each other to establish the highest standards of learning, within a learning environment which reflects current best practice - To be an effective early years educator - to plan, organize and resource a stimulating classroom environment which will facilitate children’s independent learning and enable children to maximize their full potential - To implement Boundless Education by incorporating the Montessori philosophy - To monitor children’s progress, keep meaningful records and evaluate performance through formative assessments in line with Boundless Education policy - Communicate information about children’s progress and targets, including the creation of full reports - To take responsibility for the welfare and safety of all the children - Commit to active professional learning in order to grow as an educator and a person - To establish and maintain excellent links with parents and carers - Exhibiting emotional intelligence through a positive and supportive attitude, contributing to a positive ethos for learning - Be a team player, willing to learn and contribute to the learning of others in a coaching culture - Provide weekly updates to parents - Find and highlight a common thread that connects different Boundless destinations - Take the time to connect with each individual child and provide a more personalized journey - Open up lesson planning, create learning experiences and activities **Compensation & Benefits** - Competitive salary - 9 weeks off including public holidays, or legal minimum in your region if greater - Global health and dental insurance (subsidised) - Boundless Education tuition paid 70% by Boundless - Currently Boundless Education offers education for early years + primary years (1 year old to Grade 6) **Qualifications** - Hold an educational qualification, preferably in early years education (1-3 year olds) - Montessori-trained - A minimum of 2 years teaching experience - Excellent English language skills **Good to have experience or capabilities in**: - An international educational setting - Mindfulness - Speak local languages **What you gain from Boundless Education;** - Trust in you and your leadership - Training by educational experts - Opportunities for personal growth - Building an innovative educational concept - Framework for experiential leadership, teaching and learning - Freedom to be creative and innovative in your practice - Choice of moving between Boundless Life destinations (after 2 years) - Cultural and personal experien
