Data Center Security Manager

Experience - 5+ years in public or private security industry - Corporate/DC security experience with a global company - Proven track record in business continuity and operational security - Experience writing and publishing security standards Technical Knowledge - Strong working knowledge of physical security systems and components - Expertise in security metrics and trend analysis - Ability to develop and deliver security awareness training programs - Understanding of crisis operations and risk management Management Skills - Experience managing daily operations and strategic program planning - Track record of building international and cross-functional relationships - Ability to work independently and lead global teams - Demonstrated project management capabilities Communication - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Confident presentation abilities at all organizational levels - Experience in crisis communication - High attention to detail and accuracy Problem-Solving - Ability to analyze technical requirements - Strong decision-making and prioritization skills - Results-oriented approach to challenges - Experience in risk assessment and mitigation Other Requirements - Valid driver's license (must use personal vehicle between locations) - Willingness to travel internationally - Ability to work in an international environment
