Umana spa ricerca per la propria divisione Politiche Attive del Lavoro un orientatore/career coach al quale verrà assegnata la responsabilità della gestione di percorsi di orientamento, l'erogazione di formazione trasversale e consulenza di carriera.

La risorsa, nello specifico si occuperà di:

- pianificazione, progettazione ed erogazione delle attività d'aula: soft skills, personal branding
- consulenza orientativa one to one
- gestione processi di selezione ( stesura job profile, screening e colloqui di selezione, assessment valutativi)
- promozione formazione on the job
- gestione dei registri, della documentazione e della relativa rendicontazione
- gestire i contatti con enti finanziatori ed enti pubblici

Il profilo ricercato deve avere già maturato un’esperienza nell’ambito delle risorse umane di almeno 3 anni nelle aree selezione del personale, sviluppo e formazione e possedere una Laurea umanistica.

Si richiedono:

- flessibilità, doti relazionali e comunicative
- propensione al monitoraggio e all’analisi dei dati
- esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli affini
