**POSITION SCOPE**

CMG is looking for a self-motivated, customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to both existing and potential customers. This position is an extension of the sales team and is a key component in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. As a CMG Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the liaison between our customers and internal sales, operations & finance departments.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Serve as a main point of contact for product information, quotations, order processing and/or troubleshooting
- Resolve customer concerns by working with internal departments and external carriers and vendors
- Follow established processes and procedures to ensure accuracy of work and product pricing
- Maintain knowledge of products and geographical locations of our customers across North America
- Consistently achieve personal and team key performance indicators/goals
- Assist with development and maintenance of standard operating procedures
- Develop and maintain business relationships with customers in assigned sales territory to meet sales goals.
- Cultivate new and strengthen existing customer relationships through regular communication.
- Follow up on all inquiries, problems/solutions, leads, and opportunities.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

**SKILLS & ABILITIES**
- Minimum of 3 years related experience in a Customer Service/ Sales environment is required
- Wholesale, Freight/Distribution and/or Manufacturing industry experience is desired
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Dynamics and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a huge plus
- Ability to professionally and effectively communicate both in verbal and written correspondence
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced work environment, while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to both adapt to and facilitate change
- Experience supporting Canadian customers is a plus

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- High School diploma or equivalent
