Our professionals on the **Sustainability & Climate Change services **team assist management in the transition to sustainable business models capable of generating shared value and in the development of methodologies and tools to build sustainability policies into business processes.

As a member of our team, your experience will be put to full use, enabling you to become the point person for top-tier national and international clients.

We are recruiting **Sustainability & Climate Change junior consultants **for our Milanoffice to work on the following projects:
**Sustainability**:

- definition of strategies and strategic sustainability and shared value plans;
- socially responsible investments, sustainable finance and ESG ratings;
- sustainability reporting systems and the preparation of sustainability reports/integrated reporting;
- development of circular economy and LCA initiatives;
- supply chain management (policies, assessment models, audits, etc.);
- development of socio-environmental impact assessment models.

**Climate change**:

- preparation of decarbonisation strategies (“transition plans”) and carbon inventory;
- definition of scenario analyses on climate change through the use of tools/research on internationally-recognised scenarios (e.g., IPCC, etc.);
- support in the definition of objectives in line with the science-based targets initiative (SBTI);
- identification and quantification of the financial impacts of the risks and opportunities of climate change.
- extensive knowledge of the main sustainability and/or climate change topics, supported by specific studies (**in one or more of the above areas**) on sustainability;
- extensive knowledge of the main guidelines for the preparation of sustainability reports, international standards and sustainability operating models, definition of economic, social and environmental measurement models;
- excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad;
- an aptitude for innovation and the development of new services and markets;
- high quality standards and a focus on professional excellence;
- excellent command of Microsoft Office.
