- The Role:
The HSE Supervisor will work as part of the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) team, based in Milan, whose responsibility is to create, develop, implement, and promote the systems, policies, procedures, and training required to promote a healthy, safe, and environmentally minded work environment for the operation of all sites and projects in the Italian portfolio of Power Plants. This role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support the development, construction, and operation of our assets, as well as our office.
The HSE Supervisor will ensure implementation and compliance with Health, Safety and Environment requirements accordingto Dlgs 152/2006 and Dlgs 81/2008; issue and keep up to date the Risk Assessment Documents (DVR and DUVRI) and Emergency andEvacuation Plans (PEE). You will manage the qualification process of suppliers regarding health and safety aspects (VTP) and the work-related health surveillance, training needs and PPE management for the employees. This role will ensure ongoing monitoring of operational plants and construction sites in Italy and collaborate withinternal teams, suppliers and contractors; conduct and report site and work inspections, as well as HSE system audits, following up on thefindings detected and support the implementation of the health and safety management system, in compliance with ISO45001.

Desirable skills:

- Degree in Engineering, Environmental sciences or relevant fields, Workplace Prevention Techniques
or equivalent
- RSPP license (at least ATECO 4)
- At least 3-year experience working in the field whether on construction sites or operating plants.
- Knowledge of D.lgs. 81/08 and s.m.i. and understanding of local HSE regulations, standards, and
guidelines
- Business level English language ability, both verbal and written
