With offices in the UK and US and insights available in over 27 countries CGA is embarking on an ambitious global expansion program which will see a full suite of On Premise services launch in many of the most important markets around the world
**The Opportunity**:
The Regional Client Solutions Director plays an integral role in the commercial direction and success of the CGA business in Italy and the successful applicants will be commercially driven, strategic thinkers and a well-networked authority within their markets.
Given the early stages of the CGA business in many emerging markets, the Regional Client Solutions Director will be entrepreneurial and will relish the challenge of building a business from the ground up albeit with strong technical, financial, marketing and commercial support from the Group.
The custodians of our culture & core values, CGAs Regional Client Solutions** **Directors are a group of inspiring leaders who work together to build and execute CGAs long term strategic plans as members of our Global Senior Leadership Team.
**The Client Solutions Directors** **Role**:
- To lead all business development activities for CGAs On Premise toolkit, with support from the Regional Managing Director
- To collaborate closely with the UK-based Product Leadership teams in order to dovetail commercial activities and market activation plans with product development milestones.
- To lead all in-market Data Acquisition strategies and activity, including the identification and outreach to potential data partners, leading sales pitches and negotiation of contract terms and service-level agreements.
- Working in collaboration with the relevant Insight Delivery teams, the Regional Director is responsible for overall client success, ensuring contracted deliverables and project work is delivered on time, on budget and to target.
- To provide a credible, senior and expert opinion in helping beverage suppliers build and activate their plans for the German On Premise
**Measurement and KPIs**:
- The development and growth of monthly revenue performance vs business plan
- The achievement of quantity and quality of contracted data partners
- Overall client satisfaction and retention
- Morale, skills development and retention of regional teams
**Key attributes, skills and experiences**:
- A credible, strong, proven, business leader with gravitas and an engaging, persuasive, personality.
- 3-5 years experience with an On Premise drinks supplier, distributor or research agency
- A fantastic written and verbal communicator, fluent in both Italian & English
- Willing to travel (when feasible) up to 40% of the time
- Organised, excellent attention to detail and focused on getting things done
- A genuine interest in, and knowledge of, the On Premise sector
